Why Canada is a country that should be visited?

Canada is great place to visit because of some reasons. The first reason is Canada has many spectacular cities. Some of the examples are Ottawa, Vancouver and Victoria. Some people go to Ottawa to spend their holiday and especially they go to Parliament Hill which is sat of Canada’s federal government, National Cultural attractions to see some cultural attractions, museums, and galleries. And some people are used to going to Ottawa festival. It is a city celebration where visitors are offered a year party, festival and events. July 1st is the biggest party of that celebration. So someday if you want to see this festival, so you have to come on July first. Besides visit Ottawa, people are also impatient to have their vacation in Vancouver. Vancouver is the place where you can find some beautiful places like city’s forest and grand parks which provide fresh air added by an impressive suspension bridge beckon which makes this place more beautiful. So you can take some pictures there. Victoria is the most popular place in Canada which is always full of visitors. Many people come here just to visit the best historical building and museum of Western Canada. The second reason which makes Canada become a great country to be visited is because of its natural wonder places. The most popular place is Niagara Falls. I think everyone has heard it even never been there. So Niagara Falls is very beautiful waterfalls which can be seen from Canada and America. This place is very beautiful even in the morning, in the afternoon or at night. At night, there are many lights are deliberately shone heading to Niagara to make it looked more beautiful. So you will be amazed by the views of Niagara.  Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks also one of natural wonder places in Canada. If you go there, so you will be able to see so many beautiful views, just like Lake Louise.  It is a very beautiful lake, coupled with snow and pine trees around the lake which adds to the beauty of Lake Louise.  You can also do some activities in Rocky Mountain like Camping, Skiing / Snowboarding, Golfing, Fishing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and Climbing. So it is a complete place to spend your holiday. Event and Festival like Canadian Tulip Festival becomes the third reason why you should visit Canada. It is an annual festival which is held on May. This festival claims to be the largest tulip festival in the world. Here, you can see over one million tulips and also 300,000 tulips planted along Rideau Canal. You not only see festival of tulips but also music performance, speakers and exhibits of international cuisine. Not only has the beauty of the places become the reason why you have to go to Canada, but also for its culinary. That's the forth reason that requires you to visit the country that its capital is Ottawa. So it will not complete if you go to Canada without tasting Bacon, Maple Syrup and Poutine which are typical Canadian cuisine.  So after visiting all the places you have to go to a market or restaurant to taste all those cuisine. The last reason is Canada's French Heritage. Canada's French Heritage is a culture when people always speak French in some areas like Quebec, Ontario and Maritime. Actually Canada is officially bilingual but it is not necessary for you as tourists to speak French. In summary, Canada has five reasons that require you to go there. They are all beautiful and unique, right? So save your money for now on if you want to go there!

Different Types of Teacher

Different Types of Teacher

Students will have many different types of teachers during their school years. According to my experience, there are 7 types of teachers that I found during my schools. Those are: disciplinarian teacher, under medicated teacher, nice guy teacher, robot teacher, friendly teacher, ideal teacher, and lenient teacher. The first is the disciplinarian teachers. They are like worst nightmare for the students because they start class demanding no one say a word or get up for any reason whatsoever. Usually, disciplinarian teachers end class wondering why no one answered a single question and everyone went to the bathroom at their own desk. Second is the under medicated teacher. They are all fun. They are used to making anecdote in the class and go out of their way to get grab students’ attention, like having the class learns about human biology by crashing a surgical procedure. This type of teacher wants to see their students smile and make learning a pleasurable experience. They are not clumsy, as most people think them to be.  Rather, they are witty and bring in humor in the most subtle form. Third, the nice guy teachers, are teachers that admired by every student. The teachers let students call them by their first name and they never raise their voice, grade harshly or treat the kids as anything less than peers. Students easy to lost their concentration because they just look at the teacher. Forth, the robot teachers seem to sleepwalk through their day. They have no passion in teaching so they don’t care about the student whatever the students do in the class. The fifth is friendly teachers. As the very term suggests, they act like a friend for their students. A teacher-friend, in fact, combines both the guidance of a teacher and the understanding of a friend. The sixth is ideal teachers. The teachers are the one we respect from our heart. They act as a guide to the students, while not pushing them too much.  Such a perfect motivates them and boosts their morale. They try to encourage the students and refrains from criticizing them. The last is lenient teachers, who are easygoing and take things as they come. They are not overly finicky about things, such as doing homework on time or not sitting quietly in the class, etc. Such teachers very well realize that being strict with a child can only make him/her withdrawn. Whether we like it or not, most of us have to go to school, and that means dealing with a wide variety of teachers on a daily basis. Some are nice, some are mean, and some we believe to be just plain crazy. So, here I have some ways to deal with many types of teacher in general. First is follow the rules, especially those about respect, and you will be fine. Second, no matter how mean teachers may seem they still want you to be involved in learning. Third, don't be afraid to look them in the eye once in awhile. It shows them you are paying attention, and they will respect you more for that.  Forth, remember, while it's no fun to have to listen to a drone, it's no fun for a teacher to have to look back and see a class that looks like they've been knocked out. Fifth, beside that you have to understand that your teacher has made their career out of teaching their subject, so they obviously must have some interest in it. So, whatever the type of teacher, student must adapt with the character of the teacher itself.

Crowd in FBS’s Lobby

Crowd in FBS’s Lobby
The lobby is always crowded because there are always some activities, even by the students, administrators or by the lecturers. The students use the lobby as place for doing assignments since morning until the evening. They use the Wi-Fi connection to access internet and find entertainment. They laugh and yell loudly to express their emotions so the lobby is never quiet. Besides doing assignments, students also take place in the lobby to play games, watch movie, or meet someone. Because of the sound of everyone’s gadget and the voice of the students who have a chat, so it is so noisy. They yell and shout loudly as if they were not in campus. So it is very disturbing the others. Sometimes we find some people who just sit to enjoy LCD TV which has been provided. In the evening, lobby is used to hold meetings for every organization around FBS. FBS’s lobby has limited sit, so the students are used to sit on the floor. They bring some snacks while do their activities. So maybe the words “Where there are people, there must be rubbish “are good for them because they just leave their rubbish in the lobby. And the students form groups then recharge their gadget in the lobby, so wires are everywhere and make the place looks untidy. This kind of situation makes the people hardly to pass by. It makes us embarrass when there is a guest or someone who has a business in lobby. And also the dean usually gets angry to the students who do not care with the lobby. In short, the FBS’s Lobby is always crowded because there are so many activities take place there, it’s usually used by the students to do their assignments  and to do another various things, but because of our own actions the lobby turn into a messy place where rubbish scattered up over here and there. It makes us feel uncomfortable and makes the Dean, the lecturers and other staffs angry. We need to pay more respect to our facility so we will not get any problem when we used it. We also need to be more careful about our actions so that people will feel more comfortable when they entered the lobby.  After all, the FBS’s Lobby is ours. So it’s our duty and responsibilities to take care of it.

The Spirit of a Young Man

The Spirit of a Young Man

A young man with shoulder length hair campaigned on the street with a big spirit to build togetherness. He struggled to get what he wanted although at the first time, no one cared. People just stared at him and passed around him without any attention. Might be all people thought that there was something wrong on that man. With his open arms, he tried to find the person who wanted to hug him. He tried to come near everyone who passed the way and thrust his hands to everyone. Unfortunately, he got nothing. People just smiled at him without any hug. After ten minutes later, he got his free hug. An old woman gave a hug to him sincerely as his first hug and to be continued by a lady. In few minutes later, all people hugged each other, expressed their love, their feeling to everyone. They just liked friend immediately by the spirit of the man.  At the first time, this campaign didn’t get any attention from the police and it was banned by the police and also the officials. No police wanted to give their hug and intended to stop it. Because of the police tried to stop the campaign, all people helped him. They made a petition with the police and as the qualification, they had to find signatures. People struggled to find some signatures and then they stopped all pedestrians who passed the street.  At the end of the campaign, after 10,000 signatures were reached, they got a permit and the police also gave their hug. They were all happy because the campaign was permitted and they got hugs from everyone in that place.
The main point of this video was about the spirit of the man who did not give up getting what he wanted. He struggled as he could do. No matter whether there was trouble or not. Even though no one cared to him at the first time but he still tried until an old woman hugged him as the first hug that began the “Free Hugs”.  Finally he got many hugs from everyone there and also got the permit from the police after he reached 10,000 signatures as the qualification and also by the help of the people. The thing that we got from this video was the spirit of the man to build humanity and togetherness which came together in what could only be described as awe inspiring. It should be imitated by the people.
